FERRARI F40 GTE [WIP]  

After canceling the F40 for GTR2 and the fact that we still are not sure about the future of the Rf1 convert, we decided to include a F40 in the WSGT2 release. Arnold has put his model ingame to give it our regular first model test..As usual the model only has a basic set of test textures. Later on it will receive a detailed set and a template for future release. Expect to see some progress next week. At this time i am working on the Lexus SC430 textures. 
For now, that means only the safety car and the new Nissan R35 are left in the Car Model department.
We are still discussing the Safety car choice, but i can already say we might end up with a nice surprise.

The Ferrari F40 is a mid-engine, rear-wheel drive, two-door coupé sports car produced by Ferrari from 1987 to 1992 as the successor to the Ferrari 288 GTO. From 1987 to 1989 it held the title as the world’s fastest street-legal production car, and during its years of production, was Ferrari’s fastest, most powerful, and most expensive car.
The car debuted with a factory suggested retail price of approximately US$400,000, although some buyers were reported as paying as much as US$1.6 million. A total of 1,315 F40s were produced.
