Assetto Corsa Release Candidate 1.0 available

Kunos Simulazioni released the Assetto Corsa Release Candidate 1.0.0 version. This final test version contains most of the features and content of the upcoming Official Assetto Corsa v1.0. Kunos Simulazioni explains that the Assetto Corsa V1.0 will not be the end of the development. After the official V1.0 release, the Assetto Corsa development team will continue to develop new content and features for the simulator.

This 3.1Gb patch contains a wealth of new content such as the Lotus 2-11 GT4, Lotus Exige S and a special version of the Evora GTE. Furthermore, you will be able to race the Ferrari 458 GT2 and Mercedes-Benz SLS GT3 endurance racers. For the fans of more exotic dream cars, there will be the Ferrari LaFerrari. the development team is very proud of its advanced hybrid system simulation. Furthermore, the update will also bring you a career mode, pit stops (in multiplayer) and the promised post-processing effect presets.

As a bonus the Assetto Corsa Release Candidate will include the Shelby Cobra 427SC. The Kunos Simulazioni team where so impressed with the quality of the The_meco & Pankykapus mod, that they decided to obtain the official license for the car and include it in the official content.
