    Real risky to put this out with the imminent PS4 announcement. By June, everything might have changed.

    Might not be a risky as you think. Depending on the price on the PS4, there might not be a huge amount of early adopters, and usually the launch titles are pretty weak for the first six months, maybe longer. Now factor in how how big the installed user base already is for the PS3, with new consoles selling everyday still (and the inevitable price drop for it when the PS4 launches).

    The PS2 and it’s games were still doing really well at PS3 launch, with games still being developed and released well after. I think the PS3 will be the same, at least until the PS4 has a decent game library and gets it’s first price drop. One thing that I find nuts is that the PS2 only ceased production a month ago, seven years into the PS3s life, it was nearly 13 years old itself. 13 years old! lol
