Project CARS Racing Icons pack available

Slightly Mad Studios released the Racing Icons DLC pack for Project CARS. With the 2015 Le Mans 24 hours coming up, the DLC could not have been timed any better.

The Racing Icons pack brings you the famous 2003 Le Mans winning Bentley EXP Speed 8 and also contains the modern 2013 Bentley Continental GT3 racer. To top of the pack, Slightly Mad Studios added another three iconic Le Mans contenders in the form of the 1997 Mclaren F1 GTR Longtail, 1998 Mercedes-Benz CLK LM and the 1999 BMW LMR V12 Prototype.

This first DLC release is part of the Project CARS “On Demand” system, allowing players to pick and choose the cars & tracks they want without being locked into a pre-paid scheme. Slightly Mad Studios are planning to add more features in the near future, and release a monthly content pack adding new tracks and cars to the game. Furthermore, every other month all players will receive a pack of selected liveries created by the Project CARS community while it is also mentioned that an occasional free car will be handed out. More info about Project CARS “On Demand” can be found here.
