Racing drivers testing Assetto Corsa at the Kunos Simulazioni HQ

We already had our daily fix of Assetto Corsa news today when Kunos Simulazioni published its first teaser of the upcoming DLC “Dream Pack.

This could not hold them back teasing us a little more by posting some interesting photos straight out of the Kunos headquarters.  Because the Kunos Simulazioni HQ is housed on the Vallelunga racing track it’s not uncommon that racing drivers pay the development team a visit.

In these pictures, we can see the 1993 DTM Champion Nicola Larini testing the latest version of Assetto Corsa in his legendary Alfa Romeo 155 DTM.

Furthermore, racing and time attack driver Jeff Westphal visited the Kunos Development studios testing a virtual 458 GT2 at the Nordschleife. It is stated that Jeff was very impressed by the fidelity of the car on the laser scanned version of the Ring.

And it did not stop there… Racing driver  Ken Dobson  visited the Vallelunga racing circuit for a test of the new Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus car. Ken Dobson took the opportunity to have a go at Assetto Corsa driving the Ferrari 458 GT2 and upcoming Corvette C7.r GTE on the Nordschleife.
