The third edition of the Baltimore Indycar Grand Prix saw the field slowed some six times for a total of 25 yellow flag laps as the tight confines of the 2.4-mile temporary street circuit proved to be too tight for the IndyCar field. Pagenaud charged to the lead after a series of collisions involving several other contenders on the bumpy, challenging street course that runs through the middle of the city.
