[AFG_gallery id=’154′]

Virtua_LM  have released Le Mans in the 1991-1996 layout for rFactor.

The project has been in the works for a long time, started originally in 2006. Now the initial release is ready just in time for the 2012 running of the 24h of Le Mans.

In case you’re not intricately familiar with the Le Mans layouts, the 1991-96 layout is the one that introduced the Dunlop chicane as the new first turn at the track and the two chicanes breaking up the Hunaudières straight.

Original Readme:

Virtua_LM is proud to introduce you to one of our biggest project we ever started: the Le Mans project.
After 1977 and 1979 years built in 2007/2008, the time has come for the new layout that appeared first in 1991 and is famous for the new chicanes breaking the Hunaudieres straight up into three pieces.
