Sector3 Studios announced
The famous and much loved Swedish developer Simbin Studios is no more. That was the bad news dedicated Sim Racers received a few weeks ago. Soon after the official announcement, former Simbin Licencing manager Jay Ekkel, announced that the studio would continue developing under a new name and at a new location.
Today the team revealed the name of the new studio and opened up the new official webpage. http://sector3studios.com/ For now the website only links to the social media pages, but will surely receive content soon. Sector3 Studios will continue work where Simbin left off. Its very good news to know that under the new name, part of the former staff will continue developing realistic racing games/simulators, and will continue the development of the RaceRoom Racing Experience title, including the DTM and ADAC GT Masters Series.
Bsimracing wishes the new studio all the best, and congratulates the staff members for having continued work in uncertain times. We are excited and will follow up on future developments.
