FLOEB reviews the SIMFAI-SOLUTIONS Porsche Sim Racing Wheel. He takes us on a product tour and performs a hands-on test using iRacing’s Porsche GT3 Cup at the virtual Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

Fai from SIMFAI-SOLUTIONS is a hardcore sim racer, who set out to design and produce some excellent custom racing wheels for use in the sim racing scene.  All his products are developed and assembled in Singapore and are assembled with professional and top quality components and materials.

The D-shaped wheel rim is 32.5 cm wide and 23 cm high and weighs in at 1.8 Kg. The Alcantara-wrapped wheel rim is fitted with a carbon-look wheel plate and a Renovatio SLI display. The SLI features 12 RPM LED’s, a shift digit and to rows of definable digits, wich can display telemetry data by use of the user-friendly Renovatio SLI software suite. The wheel plate features 4 NKK-MB2011 high-quality pushbutton switches, a pair of 2-way lever switches and 2 heavy-duty Leo Bodnar CTS rotary encoders.

The wheel also comes with an Ascher-Racing carbon magnetic switched Paddle Shifter set fitted with 3mm thick carbon shifter flaps. The Leo Bodnar BBI32 Board electronics are connected to a PC system by use of an industrial standard lockable connector and high-quality 1.5 m coiled USB cable.
