Assetto Corsa Fuji International Speedway preview Video

Rafael Malagoli posted a video of his Fuji Speedway project for Assetto Corsa. While this is basically an rFactor track conversion, the Assetto Corsa version will feature numerous updates and optimisations. Rafael reworked the track using new textures and new track objects.

In his own words, he would like to work on scratch build material, but to speed up bringing a variety of tracks to Assetto Corsa decided to do a few quality conversions. Rafael is working on more tracks such as the Red Bull Ring – Both variations (Austria) , Algarve International Circuit (Portugal) and Indianapolis Speedway – Oval and GP (USA). He plans to release them in a matter of weeks. Check out his blog at http://malagoligarage.wordpress.com/

The Fuji International Speedway is a racing circuit currently owned by the Toyota Motor Corporation. The track is situated on the base of Mount Fuji, in Oyama, Jpan. The track was built in the early 1960s and hosted the first Formula One race in Japan in 1976.
