The Chinese Simagic sim racing peripheral company has revealed the new SIMAGIC GTS wheel rim.
The GTS wheel rim is a versatile and ergonomic 300mm diameter round wheel rim, available with either a leather grip with an anti-slip, sweat-proof, coating or a high-quality Alcantara grip. The wheel chassis is made out of a lightweight magnesium-aluminum alloy.
The front plate features a soft glow REV light bar with 9 LEDs, 7 customizable RGB buttons, 2 durable 7-way Multi-position Rotary Switches, and 2 pressable rotary encoder buttons. On the rear of the unit we find a patented HALL paddle shifter module with adjustable paddles.
The wheel comes equipped with a SIMAGIC QR50 quick-release. The electronics are connected via an included USB 3.0 cable.
The SIMAGIC GTS wheel is currently up for pre-order. The Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price for the Leather edition should be around $300.00 + shipping (and tax if applicable). The Alcantara version should be around $25.00 more. For availability and exact pricing, check your local distributors.
