One of the most anticipated tracks coming to Kunos Simulazioni’s Assetto Corsa is without a doubt the laser scanned version of the German Nürburgring Nordschleife. Being the most famous automotive proving ground in the world, it is probably the most popular track of race fans all over the world. Up and till now, we have had a multitude of gaming versions of the venue, in various racing game titles on both PC and Console platforms, but never a hyper accurate laser scanning technology version.

Kunos Simulazioni is planning to release a ‘Dream Pack DLC’ featuring 10 new car models, and the Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit on a 1 month pre-order phase. To keep us entertained while developing the track, the development team have shared a few development shots of the work in progress.

  

Assetto Corsa by by Kunos Simulazioni is being designed to provide a very realistic driving experience, with single player and multiplayer options, officially licensed cars and tracks developed using Laser scan technology, and the highest level of accuracy possible in reproducing real world motor racing environments.
