Motorsport Games and Studio 397 have announced that Update 5 and the Content Pack 5 for Le Mans Ultimate, which were originally planned for early May, will be postponed until June 10, 2025.
Motorsports Games CEO Stephen Hood explains that the developers need more time to ensure that new features such as driver swaps, team-based play, and custom liveries will meet a high level of quality. Alongside new cars and a new track, this update brings depth and complexity that aligns with the core spirit of the FIA World Endurance Championship.
Incidentally, the release delay now means that the update lines up perfectly with the 2025 real-world 24 Hours of Le Mans, creating the perfect opportunity to celebrate the progress of the official game.
