Project CARS – How wet can you get! – Radical at Laguna Seca

In a good months time, Project CARS by Slightly Mad Studios is going to be unleashed on the gaming world. Next to the PC version of game, the Console versions will go head to head with the Forza Motorsport and Gran Turismo titles.

In our humble opinion, Slightly Mad Studios have crafted a racing game that raises all bars when it comes to immersion and eye candy. They succeeded in creating a ground-breaking level of graphical detail in both the 3D Game models and effects department.  Most of all the day to night transitions and the dynamic weather effects are beyond anything we have seen before on the PC platform. Even in the console world you will not be able to find a title that has as many bases covered as Pcars does.

To demonstrate the jaw-dropping visual effects in Project CARS, Bsim regular DigiProst created a video showing us a driver’s eye perspective of a race at the Laguna Seca circuit, driving the Radical in heavy rain conditions.

Project CARS will be available on March 17 (USA) and March 20 (EUROPE) for PC, Sony PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Xbox One. Project CARS will be released as a boxed retail version and as a digital download on the Steam platform.
