SimRaceway – McLaren M23 released.

Raced by McLaren's Formula One team between 1973 and 1977, the M23 replaced the M19 , which had led them to two top-three finishes in the Constructors' Championship in the early 1970s. However rather than being based on its predecessor as so often happens with F1 cars, the M23 actually shared more DNA with the 1972 Indianapolis 500-winning M16, which itself had taken some design cues from the pioneering Lotus 72 Formula One car.
