The official app for the motorsport involvement of Audi offers journalists and fans the latest news, a live ticker, schedules, results, scores, O tones, videos, fact sheets, technical data and background information on all work assignments and to Audi Sport racing customer. Note: users of older versions of "Audi Sport" should remove it and install the app from scratch. This new app is more stable.

For more than 30 years, Audi has been successfully involved in motor sport – and quite deliberately racing series, which technically are closely related to the production cars and technology allow.

Whether quattro drive, FSI or ultra-lightweight: Many new technologies which are now in Audi production vehicles are, of course, originate from racing. In the 2012 season Audi has the factory with the Audi R18 e-tron quattro and the Audi R18 ultra in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and in the Audi A5 DTM of the most popular international touring car series, DTM. The third pillar is the customer sport with the GT3 racing car Audi R8 LMS ultra and the R8 GRAND-AM.
