F1 2021 - Virtual Lap At The Mexico City Grand Prix With Sergio Perez

With this weekend’s Mexico City Grand Prix in mind, Mexican Red Bull driver Sergio “Checo” Perez, puts in a lap at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez circuit driving the virtual RB16B formula car in F1 2021, the official game of the 2021 FIA Formula One World Championship.

The Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, named after Mexico’s two most revered racing drivers, Ricardo and Pedro Rodríguez has been Mexico’s premier racing circuit for more than 50 years, hosting a range of international events during its lifetime.

As part of a giant sports complex in the southeast of the capital, the 4.3-kilometer circuit has seen categories from Formula One to Indycars, NASCAR, top-class sports cars, and even drag racing grace its route. The venue was scheduled to return as a Formula 1 event during the 2020 championship, under the name of “Mexico City Grand Prix”, but was later on canceled because of travel restrictions in the Americas.

F1 2021 is available on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
