Forza Motorsport 7 – PC Requirements And Supported Peripherals

During this year’s Gamescom trade show in Cologne, Germany, Microsoft and Turn 10 Studios unveiled the official system requirements and supported peripheral list for the PC version of Forza Motorsport 7.

Turn 10 Studios developed Forza Motorsport 7 from the ground up with their in-house ForzaTech engine to be optimized for a wide range of Windows 10 PCs. The minimum requirements are within the reach of a simple to average gaming desktop PC which will let you enjoy Forza 7 in a 720P resolution running at an acceptable 30 FPS.

The recommended specs require a slightly more powerful system fitted with a mid-range video card enabling the software to run in a 1080P resolution at a smooth 60 FPS.

However, those who want to run Forza Motorsport 7 in glorious 4K and unlocked framerate, will need a top-spec gaming system fitted with the latest iteration of Intel’s i7, or AMD’s  Ryzen 7 CPU backed up with 16Gb of RAM. Furthermore, you will need a beefy Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080, or AMD equivalent.

Besides the game requirements, Turn 10 Studios also revealed the list of supported peripherals. Out of the box, Forza Motorsport 7 will support 31 different controller devices ranging from a traditional gamepad to a high-end racing wheel. Check out the PC requirements and supported peripheral list below.
