Gran Turismo 7 – Update V1.32 Deploying Tomorrow

Tomorrow Polyphony Digital will deploy Update V1.32 for the PS4/PS5 Gran Turismo 7 title, including four new cars, new scapes, and two extra menu books for the GT Café mode.

As usual, the new update will also include a list of bug fixes, stability tweaks, and overall improvements.

1. Four new cars, including a classic Jaguar supercar and 2023 Super Formula racers

Jaguar XJ220 ’92

The Jaguar XJ220 is a two-seater sports car that was produced by Jaguar from 1992 to 1994. It was first unveiled as a concept car at the 1988 British International Motor Show in Birmingham, England. The car was designed to be a high-performance supercar that would rival the likes of the Ferrari F40 and the Porsche 959.

The XJ220 is powered by a mid-mounted 3.5-liter V6 engine, which was developed in partnership with Tom Walkinshaw Racing (TWR). The engine is twin-turbocharged and produces 542 horsepower and 475 lb-ft of torque. It is mated to a five-speed manual transmission.

The car’s body is made of aluminum and features a sleek, aerodynamic design that was developed with the help of wind tunnel testing. The XJ220 has a top speed of 217 mph and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds.

The interior of the XJ220 is spartan but functional, with bucket seats and a minimalist dashboard. The car is equipped with air conditioning, power windows, and a high-end stereo system.

Only 275 examples of the XJ220 were produced, making it a rare and highly sought-after car among collectors. Despite its short production run, the XJ220 remains a legendary supercar that represents the pinnacle of Jaguar’s engineering and design capabilities.

Mercedes-AMG GT3 ’20

The Mercedes-AMG GT3 ’20 is a high-performance racing car that is designed for use in GT3-class competitions around the world. It is the latest iteration of the AMG GT3, which was first introduced in 2016.

Dallara SF23 Super Formula/Toyota ’23

The Dallara SF23 is a single-seater racing car designed for use in the Super Formula championship, which is a top-level open-wheel racing series in Japan. The car is designed and manufactured by Dallara, an Italian racing car manufacturer, and it made its debut in the 2022 Super Formula season.

The SF23 is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine developed by Honda, which produces over 600 horsepower. The car also features a six-speed sequential gearbox and a carbon fiber monocoque chassis, which makes it both light and strong.

2. A new Super Formula race becomes part of World Circuits

The series features custom-built racing cars that are designed and manufactured by Japanese racing car manufacturers such as Dallara, Dome, and Mugen. Super Formula races take place on various tracks around Japan, including the iconic Suzuka Circuit and Fuji Speedway. 4. North Yorkshire and Miyazaki are now part of featured Curations in Scapes
