Le Mans Ultimate - Update V1.2.2

Motorsport Games and Studio 397 released Update V1.2.2.0 for Le Mans Ultimate. This latest patch brings some important fixes, including no more black carbon liveries, being able to see Online Championship standings, and key updates to the HUD behavior.

Game Updates

Championships – Online

  • Fixed being unable to see the standings for a championship after completing a race
  • Fixed being unable to select completed championships

Co-op

  • Fixed being unable to complete co-op events

Custom Liveries

  • Fixed custom liveries sometimes loading as carbon

Driver Badges

  • Fixed badges being slightly cropped on the relative MFD page

Driver Swaps – Engineer

  • Fixed the engineer menu showing incorrect difference values on changed setups
  • Fixed front wing setting not appearing in the engineer pit menu
  • Shared MFD Strategy Overview with Engineers

Driver Swaps – Online

  • Fixed body damage resetting after a driver swap when a user has invulnerability set locally
  • Fixed rare occurrence of the new driver having no HUD displayed after performing a driver swap
  • Fixed spectator timing differences being calculated via the Safety Car lap simulation

Engine & Tech

  • Added toggle for Enable Plugins to the Settings page
  • Ensured the game does not crash if the game has an invalid vehicle_settings.json file
  • Removed unnecessary thread name trace file logging
  • Updated key art on bug reports form

Gameplay

  • Fixed moving the seat in any direction, causing a drop in FPS performance
  • Fixed post-race message mentions finishing in the top ten when there were only 5 cars present
  • Fixed repeatedly hitting cancel repairs during a pit sto,p delaying the end of the pit stop for another 3s

HUD

  • Fixed HUD Pit Stop info not showing all information when serving a time penalty at a pit stop.
  • Fixed MFD menu not updating repair options after receiving yellow followed by red damage
  • Fixed the oil overheat icon being misaligned with the background
  • Fixed some game crashes related to the HUD MFD timing page
  • Sped up MFD Fuel adjustments when holding the button down
  • Updated HUD tyre display to show tyres as too cold less frequently
  • Fixed relative timing differences not working when your car is sitting in the garage

Input

  • Updated Moza presets for R3, R5, R9, and R12. New preset for R16.

Localisation

  • Updated Japanese Fonts

Online

  • Fixed errors on server shutdown
  • Fixed network statistics in log files when receiving a disconnect.
  • Fixed occasional server crashes on shutdown

Physics

  • Fixed frontend sparks are forming in the wrong place when the undercarriage touches the race track.

RaceControl

  • Add tyres as a per-race setting in championships

Race Weekend

  • Fixed the user is able to drive before they should be able to at the start of races

Replay

  • Fixed the Pit limiter flashing on and off on hud + car display when loading a replay
  • Improve Live Replay Scrubbing

Teams – RaceControl

  • Fixed inaccurate post-race drive times

Track Limits

  • Fixed pit entry cuts triggering illegal pit lane switch incorrectly when going off track beyond the point where the pit lane has a barrier between the main track
  • Recalibrated wet track limits to updated wet weather physics
  • Slight increase to penalization for running off track

User Interface

  • Added blue flag loading screen tip
  • Fixed online schedule card styling
  • Fixed Post-Race Report Countdown being 2x 1hr
  • Shortened the online menu next race countdown formatting
  • Updated weekly/special event cards
