Project CARS Official Website

In 2011 the British based Slightly Mad Studios announced the Project CARS project using the unique crowd-powered WMD Portal. Within the Race gaming and Sim racing world, Project CARS does not need an introduction. Slightly Mad have pushed the limits using their world-class graphics engine, resulting in probably the best PC visuals in any racing title.
It is featuring a dynamic time of day and weather system, full pit stops & strategies, online game play, and will be supporting the new visual standards such as 4K gaming and Oculus Rift goggles.

With the upcoming release of Pcars this fall, Slightly mad Studios is starting to prepare the media side of the project by launching the official website. www.projectcarsgame.com. On the website you can find all the info needed regarding the title and its features. The brand new site also features new video’s and product screenshots. As a bonus you can download a very nice set of wallpapers for your desktop.

Together with the website release, Project CARS member JonZ who has made a name for himself in the world of racing game fan video’s, released a new video called ” Sound Makes Everything”. In this video JonZ showcases not only the stunning graphical side of Pcars, but points out that also the sound of the game is rasing the bar in comparison to many titles out there. The video features 12 minutes of pure Project CARS eye candy and the sounds that come with it.
