Project Cars Release delayed once more

Slightly Mad Studios announced that the release of the highly anticipated Project CARS racing game will be delayed until April 2nd.

Originally the title was scheduled to be released in November 2014, but Slightly Mad Studios decided to delay the postpone the date to March 20th to avoid sales competition. So now the release is pushed back to April 2nd. The official announcement refers to the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions of the game while the Wii U version is not mentioned.

“Moving a release date was not an easy decision to make, as we know our fans are eager to get they’re hands-on on Project CARS,” studio head Ian Bell. “But we know that these extra days will allow us to provide the best game experience that our fans deserve. We assure you the wait will be worth it when the game does arrive early April.”

Project CARS will become available for the PC, Sony PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Xbox One. For the PC, Project CARS will be released as a boxed retail version and as a digital download on the Steam platform.
