
Straight4 presented the legendary Le Mans-winning 2002 Audi R8 LMP900 sports car, coming to the Project Motor Racing simulation project.
The Audi R8 (LMP900) will join a selection of classic GT cars such as the Mosler MT900R, the Lister Storm, Gillet Vertigo, Saleen S7-R, Morgan Aero 8 and the TVR Tuscan T400R.

2002 Audi R8 LMP900
The 2002 Audi R8 LMP900 was a highly successful and dominant Le Mans Prototype (LMP) race car, a further development of the Audi R8R and R8C used in 1999. The Audi R8 (LMP900) was an unparalleled success in sports car racing, particularly at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and in the American Le Mans Series (ALMS).
The car was built around a strong, lightweight carbon fiber and aluminum honeycomb monocoque, meeting the LMP900 category rules, and was powered by a longitudinally mounted 3.6-liter (3600 ccm), 90-degree V8 twin-turbo engine fitted with an FSI direct fuel injection system.
The 2002 R8 was listed at about 610 hp (455 kW) and over 700 Nm of torque.

At the end of 2022, Ian Bell (SimBin, Blimey Games, and Slightly Mad Studios) announced that he had founded a new studio branding named Straight4Games or just plain Straight4.
At this point, Straight4 had revealed they were working on a new racing simulation with the project name GTR Revival, later renamed to GTRevival and now Project Motor Racing, which should become available for the PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms.
