Fixed Issues

• Practice Race – Option lock out when going back and forth in practice screen

• Invisible mouse when mouse pointer trails are on

• Cannot run game in full screen with multiple monitors

• Fixed Silverstone load screen

• Renders cars that are not collidable with alpha. (As ghosts).

• Replay: VCR files causing game crash.

• Replays – C6R website replays moving cameras

• Missing HUD when switching between AI

• Cars:Taking damage while set to invulnerable

• using Dbox plugin may be causing graphic card errors.

• Not available message on Event with tracks missing is no longer displayed
