Assetto Corsa Alfa Romeo 4C at Spa-Franchorchamps
It might be just a screenshot, but we feel its a rather interesting one. Marco Massarutto of Kunos Simulazioni posted a preview shot of the Assetto Corsa Alfa Romeo 4C at the Belgian Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Marco reports they where testing some of new graphics assets. The curbs, tarmac and car body shaders are updated.
Marco explains that the Alfa Romeo 4C is only 40% finished. Exteriors are at 70% while interiors are only 10% ready. Physics and sounds are placeholders. The Spa-Francorchamps circuit is already 80% ready, but will not be released during the Early Access program. You can expect the track to be included in Version 1.0.
Assetto Corsa is being designed to provide a very realistic driving experience, with single player and multiplayer options, officially licensed cars and tracks developed using Laser scan technology, and the highest level of accuracy possible in reproducing real world motor racing environments. Also, Assetto Corsa will allow for considerable customisation and modification, in order to satisfy the expectations of professional sim racers, gamers who prefer to approach the driving experience more progressively, and hobbyists who just like to collect lots of cars and tracks.
