Kunos Simulazioni and 505 Games have delayed the Version 0.4 update for Assetto Corsa Evo, originally scheduled for November to early December 2025.
Alongside a list of general improvements to the Physics, Audio, and User Interface, the v0.4 update will also introduce nine new cars and three new tracks to the Early Access racing game, along with enhanced Single and Multiplayer features and a new platform for daily multiplayer events.
Kunos Simulazioni now showcases some ingame screenshots of the world-famous classic BMW M3 CSL E46.
BMW M3 CSL E46:
The renowned, high-performance, limited-edition BMW M3 CSL (E46) coupe was manufactured by BMW M GmbH in 2003 and 2004. CSL, which stands for Coupé Sport Leichtbau (Coupe Sport Lightweight), was a simplified, track-oriented variant of the already hugely popular E46 M3. Many fans consider it to be among the best and purest driving vehicles ever made by BMW M.
The BMW M3 CSL (E46) was powered by an upgraded 3.2-liter naturally aspirated inline-six engine from the M3. The normal 343-horsepower engine was upgraded to deliver 360 horsepower (265 kW) at 7,900 rpm.
Paired with the 6-speed SMG II (Sequential Manual Gearbox), the E46 could do 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 4.9 seconds, and reach a (limited) top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). The top speed could be raised to 280 km/h (174 mph) for clients with a racing license.
