Good news. Boreks and Friends only released the F1 Legends Racing mod for rFactor earlier this week, and they are already announcing a new mod. This time a 1964 Cooper T73 Formula one car that is being build for the Simbin GT Legends platform. The scratch built 3d model is created by Boreks. Physics are done by deep-strike and sounds by wolferl. In this video you can see the early WIP of the 1964 Cooper T73 in action at the 1967 Canadian Mosport track. No release date has been announced, but we will keep you posted when more details are available.

The 1964 Cooper T73 was designed by Eddie Strait. Powered by a mid mounted 1.495 liter Coventry Climax FWMV 90º V8 engine the car could put out a respectable 200 bhp. This 1964 historic formula one car was driven by a selection of famous names. Phil Hill, Bruce McLaren and John Love. After disappearing from he Formula one racing scene, the Cooper name continued in the automobile world thanks to the company’s version of the Mini both as a racing machine as a popular road car.
