The DTM 2013 Content will become available in R3E

Sector 3 announced that with the release of the 2014 DTM Experience all the DTM 2013 content will become available inside RaceRoom Experience. This means you will be able to race your favourite cars on any track available. The upcoming patch will unlock the DTM 2013 cars inside your R3E.

Sector3 explains that when you purchase an Experience, from the next update on, these releases will automatically become available within RaceRoom Experience. There might be some occasions in which the release may have a limited time exclusivity within the licensed Experience, as is the case for the 2014 DTM Experience.
