F1 2017 – Red Bull RB13 and Toro Rosso STR12 In-game Previews

Codemasters and Red Bull revealed a nice set of in-game screenshots of the upcoming F1 2017 game, showcasing the 2017 Red Bull RB13, 2017 Torro Rosso STR12 and 2010 Red Bull RB6 cars in action on the Austrian Red Bull Ring circuit.


Red Bull RB13

The Red Bull RB13 Formula One racing car is constructed by Red Bull Racing to compete in the 2017 Formula One season. The car is designed by Red Bull’s Chief Technical Officer Adrian Newey, Chief Engineering Officer Rob Marshall, and Head of Aerodynamics Dan Fallows. Australian Racing driver Daniel Ricciardo and Dutch racing driver Max Verstappen are the 2017 season drivers. The Red Bull RB13 debuted at the 2017 Australian Grand Prix.

The Red Bull RB13 is powered by a Renault R.E.17 hybrid power unit (1.6 L (98 cu in) direct injection V6 turbocharged), which is rebranded as a ‘TAG Heuer’ engine.


Toro Rosso STR12

The Toro Rosso STR12 is a Formula One racing car designed by Scuderia Toro Rosso’ s James Key to compete in the 2017 Formula One season. The car is driven by Russian racing driver Daniil Kvyat and Spanish racing driver Carlos Sainz, Jr. The STR12 debuted at the 2017 Australian Grand Prix.

The car is powered by a Renault R.E.17 hybrid power unit (1.6 L (98 cu in) direct injection V6 turbocharged), which is rebranded as a ‘Toro Rosso’ engine.


Red Bull RB6

The Red Bull RB6 is a Formula One racing car designed by Red Bull Racing’s Chief Technical Officer Adrian Newey, Technical Officer Rob Marshall and Chief Designer Peter Prodromou. The car campaigned in the 2010 Formula One Championship with German 2010 World Champion Sebastian Vettel and Australian Mark Webber behind the wheel.

The Red Bull RB6 F1 was powered by a naturally aspirated Renault RS27-2010 2,400 cc  V8 engine limited to 18,000 RPM.

F1 2017 the game will feature all the rules, cars, teams, and drivers of the Formula One World Championship but will also let you drive some of the most iconic historic cars ever raced in Formula 1, The full list of the included classic F1’s will be revealed in the coming weeks. Furthermore, the game will feature an enhanced career mode, numerous multiplayer improvements, a brand new ‘Championships’ game modes.The included classic cars will be available to play in several modes, including online multiplayer and time trials.

F1 2017 will be available on 25 August 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC via both DVD and Steam. Codemasters also confirmed that there will be an optional Special Edition release, but did not yet reveal any details regarding its content.
