F1 2020 – Spanish GP | Barcelona-Catalunya Track Guide

You know the drill by now. A new GP weekend also means a new track guide featuring the F1 2020 game by Codemasters.

The F1 teams traveled from Silverstone to Barcelona in preparation for this weekend’s Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix which is held at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

In this week’s F1 2020 track guide, we jump into the virtual McLaren MCL35 car of Spanish F1 driver Carlos Sainz for a lap on this FIA Grade 1 all-rounder circuit.

The F1 2020 Seventy Edition game by Codemasters is available for the PlayStation4, Xbox One & Xbox One X, Windows PC (DVD and Steam), and Google Stadia.

The digital download PC versions of F1 2020 are available via Steam. The F1 2020 Seventy Edition can be purchased for 54,99€, while the F1 2020 Deluxe Schumacher Edition has a 69,99€ pricetag.

The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya is a motorsport racing track in Montmeló, Catalonia, Spain. Until 2013 the track was known as the Circuit de Catalunya before a sponsorship deal with the Barcelona City Council added Barcelona to the track’s title.

The 4.655 km (2.892 mi) long track features 16 corners and some pretty long straights making it an all-rounder circuit. The track has grandstands with a capacity of 140,700. Besides the GP layout, the FIA Grade 1 Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya also features a 4.627 km (2.875 mi) Motorcycle layout.
