EA Sports and Codemasters published the 2026 Season Pack Features Deep Dive video for the official video game of the 2025 FIA Formula One World Championship.
Most notably, the 2026 Season Pack features the all-new Spanish Madring Madrid Grand Prix circuit. This 4 km long, 22-corner GP track combining street elements with purpose-built sections, blends tight, technical sections with high-speed straights.
Furthermore, the 2026 Season Pack will add the new cars and 2026 regulations. The grid is expanded to eleven teams in 2026, adding the Cadillac F1 team, the first major American car manufacturer to join the Formula One World Championship, alongside the Audi Revolut F1 Team, which introduces the popular German car brand to the world of F1.
Alongside the new cars, the pack also contains its drivers. Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez for Cadillac, and Nico Hülkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto as Audi drivers. Furthermore, the pack will reflect Arvid Lindblad and Liam Lawson for Racing Bulls, and introduce Isack Hadjar as a teammate for Max Verstappen at Oracle Red Bull Racing.
The biggest difference in 2026 comes from how the cars behave and how much control you have over them. Smaller cars featuring cutting-edge active aerodynamics for a more responsive drive. This year, you’ll play a bigger role than ever in making tactical and strategic decisions throughout each race. Decide when to deploy the new “Overtake Mode” for a stunning boost of nearly 500 horsepower, perfect for well-timed overtakes and intense wheel-to-wheel battles. Some final car models will be released in a post-launch update.
You will be able to make real-time adjustments to your front and rear wings with active aerodynamics, optimizing speed. For those who do not want to use this feature manually, the updated assistants can handle the details behind the scenes.
In Driver Career, you’ll start a fresh save with the updated grid, rules, and calendar, including the new Spanish Grand Prix. In My Team, you step in as the twelfth team, building your own story alongside the expanded field. You can also take the new season into Grand Prix, Time Trial, split-screen, and unranked multiplayer. Note that Custom teams and Career saves from the 2025 season do not transfer to the 2026 season. Konnersport or APXGP teams cannot be added to the 2026 season of Driver Career or My Team.
F1 25: 2026 Season Edition launches worldwide on June 3, 2026. If you already own F1 25, the 2026 Season Pack will give you access to the new season. You will need to start a new save file to access the 2026 Season content. The 2026 Season Pack requires the F1 25 base game and all game updates. If you’re starting fresh, the F1 25: 2026 Season Edition combines the base game with the 2026 content, offering the ultimate racing experience in this new chapter of Formula 1.
