Sony and Polyphony Digital have shared a new video in the Gran Turismo 7 “behind the scenes” video series.
In this episode, the father of the Gran Turismo video game series, Kazunori Yamauchi talks about the Scapes feature in Gran Turismo 7.
Scapes is a photography mode where you can show off your cars against a variety of high-definition backdrops. While you cannot use your own photos as backgrounds, Scapes comes with dozens of photographs (with more available as free DLC) and features several tools that allow the user to create stunning scenes.
Just as the in-game Livery Editor in GT7 the Scapes feature will benefit from the power of the Playstation 5 and spark the creativity of the Gran Turismo 7 community.
If all goes as planned, and no additional delays are introduced, Gran Turismo 7 will launch on March 4, 2022.
