iRacing – Barber Motorsports Park Update Preview Video

iRacing

Tomorrow, iRacing will deploy the iRacing 2026 Season 2 build. As usual, alongside a healthy list of fixes and improvements, the update will bring us new content, a selection of new features, and significant quality-of-life improvements.

While the headline content is the debut of the St. Petersburg Street Circuit, the new build will also introduce an updated version of the already available Barber Motorsports Park. The in-game track has been completely rebuilt from the ground up with brand new laser-scan data and the latest artwork techniques. Check out the preview video.

The new Barber Motorsports Park is free for existing owners, as the old version is being retired. Furthermore, the Lanier, Langley, and USA International have also been visually rebuilt from the ground up.

Barber Motorsports Park is an 880-acre world-class racing facility and museum complex located in Leeds, Alabama, just east of Birmingham. Known as the “Augusta National of Motorsports” due to its meticulously manicured grounds and lush landscaping, the park serves as a hub for professional racing, driver education, and automotive history.

The venue includes a dedicated track area with 16-turns, 80 feet of elevation change, and a 45-foot-wide track surface, alongside a 150-foot-by-350-foot wet/dry skid pad and off-road trails.
