On December 9th, iRacing will deploy its Saison 1 2026 build for the iRacing Online racing platform. The new build will also introduce exciting new track and car content. One of these circuits is the Miami International Autodrome.
The iRacing development team was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to collaborate closely with the track management team on this project, capturing the data required to complete it, as well as supporting their ability to test configurations and provide feedback during the project’s development.
In iRacing, Miami features five configurations, including the full Grand Prix circuit. The track is visually unique, wrapping around the Hard Rock Stadium, home of the NFL’s Miami Dolphins, to offer a distinctive combination of street circuit-style sections and more open areas. It features a blend of extremely high-speed straights and flowing turns, with more technical sections that require precision and skill.
Miami International Autodrome
The Miami International Autodrome is a purpose-built temporary circuit located around the Hard Rock Stadium complex, home of the NFL’s Miami Dolphins, in Miami Gardens, Florida, United States. It was designed primarily to host the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, which made its debut in May 2022.
The main Grand Prix circuit is 3.363 miles (5.412 km) long and features 19 corners and runs in a counter-clockwise direction. Designed by Apex Circuit Design, the track has a semi-permanent/street-circuit feel, characterized by a mix of high-speed sections and a complex, winding area in the second sector.
There are notable elevation changes, particularly between Turns 13 and 16, where the track heads over an exit ramp and under flyovers. The Turn 14-15 chicane also features an uphill approach and a downhill exit.
