iRacing – Pit Crew Animations Preview

iRacing has posted a new preview video showing us the animated pit crew feature they are working on.

Pit stops are an essential part of most racing events. While most simulators have the technical part of a pitstop covered by means of menus and pit crew commands, it is nice to see that iRacing is now putting a lot of effort in the visual part of the pit crew animations feature. When ready, it will be one of the more immersive components ticked on the simulation checklist.

At the time of writing, no release date is known, but iRacing uses the famous #soon as a hint. So we expect to see the Pit Crew Animations implemented this year.
