iRacing – RUF RT12 Released.

Most simulator developers struggle to get a Porsche car licenced, because the German company`s only exclusive licence seems  to belong to Electronic Arts.
Therefore, the Ruf Automobile models are most likely to appear in gaming titles as a substitute.The German Ruf vehicles are built from unmarked Porsche chassis through which Ruf builds their own independent work, giving gaming and simulator company´s a chance to acquire the best thing next to a real Porsche licence. This also goes for iRacing, and some time a go they partnered with the German company.

As many other platform, iRacing licenced the The RUF RT12.  The model engineering and development work to bring the car in game is reported to be nearly finished, so we can expect the car to be available for racing very soon. iRacing released a preview video showing us the upcoming iRacing Semi Porsche in action.
