Swedish racing legend Stefan Johansson who is a former Formula One driver and Le Mans 24h winner visited Chris Considine’s CXC Simulations.

Stefan strapped himself in the CXC motion rig for a lap in the iRacing virtual McLaren-Honda MP4-30 at the laser scanned Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit. During the video, Stefan shares some tips and tricks on how to get around the 20.8km Green Hell fast and shares his first impressions about the work iRacing has put in recreating the world-famous Nordschleife.

As many real world racing drivers before him, Stefan Johansson confirms that the iRacing online racing service is a perfect tool to overcome the initial hurdles when learning how to race.


For over three decades Stefan Johansson has been one of the top drivers in the world of international motorsports. He has been successful in Formula One, IndyCar and Le Mans style sports car racing, winning both the 12 hours of Sebring twice (Porsche, Ferrari) and the 24 Hours of Le Mans (Porsche).
