Niels Heusinkveld – Talk & Drive iRacing

And now for something different. Reiza Studio’s physics guru Niels Heusinkveld presents his Talk & Dive episode 20… using iRacing.

Niels explains that it was almost 3 years ago since he last fired up the iRacing online racing simulator. Being a huge Group-C fan, the recently released Nissan GTP ZX-Turbo motivated him to do a few more laps on iRacing’s laser-scanned Nordschleife circuit.

The Nissan GTP ZX-T was the first car to defeat the Porsche 962 that was dominating the IMSA GTP category. The car started its race career in 1985, and by 1989 it clinched its first constructor’s championship and won the 12 Hours of Sebring.  In 1990, once again the Nissan took the highest step on the constructor’s podium.
