Rennsport – Endurance Classics Part 1 DLC Hotfix 2 Deployed

Rennsport

Competition Company recently released the Endurance Classics Part 1 DLC for the Rennsport simulator on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. They have now deployed Hotfix 2 version 1.2.7 to address additional issues with the DLC.

Check out the full changelog below.

The Endurance Classics Part 1 DLC is now available for purchase and features some exciting content, including the world-famous Circuit des 24 Heures du Mans (Le Mans), the classic Mercedes-Benz CLK LM, Porsche 911 GT1 ‘98, and Porsche 956, alongside the modern Peugeot 9X8 EVO and Ford Mustang GT3.

Changelog Hotfix V1.2.7:

Race and Content Updates:

  • Custom Contests: You can now use your steering wheel buttons to accept the Code of Conduct. The screen will no longer lock up.
  • Crossplay: Fixed a bug where running a crossplay-disabled race with only one player per platform caused a confusing error and put you into a race completely alone.
  • Track Lists: Rearranged the Nürburgring track variants so they make sense: GP layout first, then GP Fast Chicane, and finally the full 24h track.
  • Le Mans Logo: Resized the 24 Hours of Le Mans logo so it fits nicely on the menu screens without looking massive.

Championship Mode:

  • Standings Screens: Fixed an issue where the standings screen would skip ahead too fast. You now have proper time to check the points after a race.
  • Multi-Class Racing: Fixed a scoring bug that mixed up the final standings order for multi-class grids.
  • Leaderboards: Fixed the leaderboards so your actual rank number shows up correctly on the Total Score board.

Gameplay and Pitlane:

  • GT3 Fixed Setups: Completely reworked default GT3 setups to ensure closer, more balanced performance across all cars in fixed-setup races.
  • McLaren 720s GT3 Evo: Fixed the car’s weight to bring it in line with GT3 regulations.
  • Porsche 956: Fixed a bug where cars using automatic assists would jump the start and accelerate before the green flag.
  • Pitlane Speed Indicator: Fixed a bug where the pitlane speed limit warning didn’t show up on your screen if you spawned directly inside the pit box.
  • Race Finish Screen: The screen right after you cross the finish line now lasts 7 seconds longer. This gives you more time to see what is happening on track before the final results menu pops up.
  • Car Eligibility: The “Allowed Models” list on race screens now actually includes the car manufacturer’s name, not just the model.

UI and Localization:

  • PC Benchmark: Fixed the FPS performance graph so it actually stays inside the chart boundaries instead of clipping off the screen.
  • Menu Text: Cleaned up text alignment on the main Championship page.
  • Language Fixes: Fixed typos, capitalization, and awkward text spacing across French, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, and Russian translations.
