FREX Full 6DOF Body G-Force Motion Simulator
Back in June, Japanese Sim Racing gear manufacturer FREX proudly announced that the HexaMotion sim racing system was available for purchase as a DIY kit or fully assembled platform. As the name suggests, the new motion simulator features six actuators generating six degrees of freedom (6DoF).
Now Frex Simulations published a new HexaMotion video showcasing the Full 6DOF Body G-Force Motion Simulator, which features a rather peculiar seat configuration.
The FREX 6DOF Motion Unit assembling kit includes all components and software needed. 6x Actuators, a USB interface for Windows PC, the Frames, the Brackets, a Power Supply for AC100V-240V and Windows Software which supports various PC Win Gaming Titles. Each Kit has a serial number to work with the exclusively developed software for FREX 6DOF unit. Just mount a racing seat and you are ready to go.
The fully assembled FREX HexaMotion system is available for 898,000YEN (€6995.00) + shipping while the HexaMotion kit will set you back 748,000YEN (€5826.00) + shipping.
