Live For Speed Real-time Day To Night Transitions Previews

Live for Speed might be old, but after 15 years, many community members out there, still regard it as a golden title.

Back in 2018, the small LFS development team decided to revitalize the racing simulation with an extensive graphical update including updated textures,  a new detailed shadow system, a more realistic road surface, and more. The team also started work on some new features such as real-time Day To Night Transitions.

After some hard work, the LFS development team shared a batch of videos showcasing the progress made on the lighting effects and day to night transitions. Keep in mind that all videos represent a Work in progress.

From top to bottom:
