Sim Racing YouTuber Laurence Dusoswa shares his first impressions of the new P2000 Hydraulic Pedals by Simagic.
At the beginning of 2020, the Chinese Simagic company introduced two direct drive wheel systems in the form of the M10 and Alpha units. The M10 is delivering 10 Nm torque and is marketed as an entree-level DD unit, while the 15 Nm Alpha model is aimed at the professional market and more demanding Sim Racing enthusiasts.
However, Simagic did not limit its product range to DD wheelbases. Recently they introduced the Simagic Q1-P Sequential Shifter, and now, after two years of development, they have finally released the new P2000 pedal set and made them available outside of China.
The P2000 pedals are custom built with CNC machined parts. The brake pedal is fully hydraulic and fitted with a load cell, while the multi-stage clutch pedal comes with optional springs enabling the user to adjust the force. Also, the throttle pedal damping, stroke, and pedal pressure are fully adjustable.
The P2000 pedal set is available in 4 versions. The S100 and L100 pedal sets are equipped with a 100 KG load cell, while the S200 and L200 units are equipped with a 200 KG load cell.
