The New GSI GT-MAX 32 Prime and Phantom Wheel Rims

GSI GT-MAX 32 Prime

US-based Gomez Sim Industries are manufacturing high-end Esports equipment and controls for sim racing systems.

They have just introduced the new GSI GT-MAX 32 wheel rim which is available as a Multicolor Prime or Red & Black Phantom version. The wheel is compatible with Simucube, VRS, Accuforce, and Fanatec DD bases. (Fanatec Podium Hub, Accuforce QR are needed for those bases per manufacture)

Being the most advanced GSI sim racing wheel to date, the GT-MAX 32 is made from a continuously molded carbon footprint. In order to reduce the weight, the face and the outer circular rim are made out of a single carbon-fiber unit while the handles are molded in silicone for maximum grip and strength.

Furthermore, the GT-MAX 32 features programmable LED buttons made out of the in-house polycarbonate formula to eliminate a “plastic” feel and to stop LED hotspots from appearing on the button face. Besides the buttons, the wheel also features no less than three 7-way funky switches, two located at the reach of the left and right thumbs, and one in the center of the wheel plate.

Combined with the center rotary being an absolute encoder, the number of programmable modes you can set the funky switches to is endless. But it does not stop there. The wheel is fitted with another 4 LED illuminated rotary encoders with 5-way functionality. Left rotation, right rotation, button press, button press + turn right, and button press + turn left. Giving you great flexibility to change modes on the fly.

The new screen is a 5 inch glossy LCD touch screen as standard that can be used with most sim racing titles on the market. While the new screen features a higher resolution and clarity, the power consumption has been reduced.

Note! The GT-MAX 32 does not include the AH100 hub as pictured in the photo of the rear.
