Thrustmaster 599XX EVO 30 Wheel Add-On Alcantara Edition revealed

At the 2015 edition of the GamesCom Expo at Cologne Germany, Thrustmaster revealed the upcoming officially licensed Ferrari 599XX EVO 30 Wheel Add-On Alcantara Edition. Thrustmaster also introduced the standalone TX Servo Base for Xbox One and PC to their Thrustmaster racing ecosystem giving customers the change to fit the unit with a Thrustmaster wheel add-on rim of their own choice. The 599xx Evo 30 wheel is a 8:10 scale replica of the Ferrari 599 racing wheel and is fitted with the Thrustmaster Quick Release system making it fully compatible with the Thrustmaster T500 RS / Ferrari F1 Integral T500, T300 RS / T300 Ferrari GTE, and TX Racing Wheel Ferrari 458 Italia steering wheel sets.

The wheel measures 11.8”/30 cm in diameter and is made out of a brushed metal steering plate while the rim features a high-end designed and hand-stitched Alcantara wrapping.  Furthermore, the wheel features two large, 5.1”/13 cm-tall wheel-mounted paddle shifters, six action buttons, 3-position rotary switch with push function and a multidirectional D-pad. The 599xx Evo 30 wheel only weighs 1.2 kg, wich will improve the responsiveness of the Force Feedback system.

The Thrustmaster 599XX EVO 30 Wheel Add-On Alcantara Edition will be available in the last quarter of 2015 and will have a suggested retail price of $179.99 / €179.99.
