Thrustmaster officially introduced the new T248R racing wheel and pedal set for the PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. This new mid-range bundle is the direct successor to the Thrustmaster T248.
The 11.0″ / 28 cm diameter T248R wheel rim sports a new look using a grippy perforated faux-leather wrap and imitation carbon fiber finish on the faceplate for a more modern look.
The wheelplate is fitted with 25 buttons, including 2 dual-activation encoders and a Multi-functional color LCD display with 20 available displays and 4 LEDs, providing real-time telemetry.
The T248R is powered by a T-HD hybrid drive system, which combines gears and belts to deliver up to 3.1 N⋅m of torque, resulting in better responsiveness and a more detailed force feedback. The wheel uses 48W of constant power and has three Boost levels available to instantly adjust the Force Feedback intensity according to your preferences.
The rear of the rim houses T-MP magnetic paddle shifters that use contactless “Mag-Shift” sensors, which provide a fast, precise, and durable shifting experience with a distinct, satisfying click.
The bundle also includes the already available Thrustmaster T3PM 3-pedal set, which uses Hall Effect (H.E.A.R.T.) sensors for the clutch, brake, and accelerator pedals. The brake pedal is adjustable, with four different pressure modes to suit various driving styles.

The Thrustmaster T248R bundle will be on pre-order starting on September 3, 2025, with a commercial release date of September 17, 2025.
The wheel is expected to cost €299.99 / £269.99 / $349.99.
